Today was an exception, in that the person I dealt with on the phone (Marcial) was a consummate gentleman.I called regarding a problem and Marcial took an inordinate amount of time to help sort it for me. He considerately stayed on the line and talked me through what I needed to do, resulting in my problem being solved, and him offering a few more suggestions to help me along my way.
