Call recording is an essential feature for any company as it allows you to play back any call you receive on your Cleartone business number whether its for quality / training, to refer back to in case of dispute, or simply because you didn’t have a pen and paper to make notes.

How do I play-back to my Call Recordings?
Each call recording is emailed to you instantly after each call. Additionally, you can access them through your Cleartone Online Dashboard. Please note, with the Cleartone Call Recording facility you can select to record all calls or just the occasional call.
