Well so far I've had nothing but good experiences with Cleartone, and today was no exception. Wait, let me rephrase that. Today was an exception, in that the person I dealt with on the phone (Marcial) was a consummate gentleman.I called regarding a problem and Marcial took an inordinate amount of time to help sort it for me. He considerately stayed on the line and talked me through what I needed to do, resulting in my problem being solved, and him offering a few more suggestions to help me along my way. I can say that we have always had excellent service.I can confirm, that on one occasion I called clear tone office, this was late to change contact numbers, as I was going abroad which was unplanned and I did not have time to do this myself. This was done for me at once as I was at the Air port and all of my request was met, which meant that my trip was a stress free one.I can call my accounts manager at any time, they are always there to answer any queries that I may have.
