This service operates, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and offers a cost effective Call Answering facility when you are not available – most suitable for low volume users
With the pay as you go service, you can be live within minutes of signing up.

- We capture Company and caller name, contact number & accurate message.
- Messages are sent by SMS or emailed to you immediately as well as stored in your secure online folder.
This is a genuine “Pay as You Go” service. You need only pay for additional call credits when your account is running low, and you only pay for what you use
2) Monthly Call Answering Service – As low as 60 pence per call – most suitable for higher volume users
- Live answering 8am to 7pm Mon-Fri & 9am – 3pm Saturday.
- Client has option of call transfer and/or message taking
- Messages delivered by email or SMS
- Call log report emailed to client monthly
Up to 25 calls per month: £25.00 per month
26 - 50 calls per month: £42.00 per month
51 - 100 calls per month: £68.00 per month
100+ calls per month: £variable per month
