What is Cleartone Outbound?

What do you do if you want to call a business prospect back from your personal mobile or home phone? You may not want the prospect to see your personal number. To solve this, Cleartone offers the ability to make outbound calls through our virtual phone network which will allow you to display your Cleartone Business Telephone Number as the outbound number.

The number of the phone used to actually make the call stays anonymous and is never revealed to the caller. This makes it very convenient when you need to make that call back and all you have access to is a personal phone. Calls can be made via an app or online on the web. Each member of your team can have access to this service, and all outgoing calls are recorded and available to download from your ‘Cleartone Outbound’ control panel

Do I have to pay for Cleartone Outbound?

Yes, as with any outbound call, there is a small pence per minute charge. Costs will Please contact us

Can I customise Cleartone Outbound?

Yes. If you have more than one Cleartone phone number, you can have different numbers showing on different devices.

Well so far I've had nothing but good experiences with Cleartone, and today was no exception. Wait, let me rephrase that. Today was an exception, in that the person I dealt with on the phone (Marcial) was a consummate gentleman.I called regarding a problem and Marcial took an inordinate amount of time to help sort it for me. He considerately stayed on the line and talked me through what I needed to do, resulting in my problem being solved, and him offering a few more suggestions to help me along my way. We at Calvic Enterprises Ltd, have been customers of Clear tone Communications Ltd for a number of years now. I can say that we have always had excellent service.I can confirm, that on one occasion I called clear tone office, this was late to change contact numbers, as I was going abroad which was unplanned and I did not have time to do this myself. This was done for me at once as I was at the Air port and all of my request was met, which meant that my trip was a stress free one.I can call my accounts manager at any time, they are always there to answer any queries that I may have.
